Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. You acknowledge and understand that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to promotions, bonuses and special offers, and are in addition to this agreement. These terms are outlined in the relevant promotions information/details pages.
  2. For all campaigns and offers the General Terms and Conditions apply.
  3. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, IP, device and funding source.
  4. To claim any deposit bonus, the user must make a minimum deposit of 0.0003 BTC, 0.35 BCH, 0.006 ETH, 0.22 LTC, 110 DOGE, 20 USDT.
  5. All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 50 times before the funds can be withdrawn.
  6. Cashback is a bonus unless otherwise specified. Any rules that apply to bonuses in general apply to cashback bonuses as well.
  7. Please note that not all games contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement equally:
    1. Slots – 100% (except for the games listed in the next terms item below)
    2. Card games – 10%
    3. Roulette – 25%
    4. Videopoker, craps, casual, lottery – 10%
  8. Certain games with mechanics known to be utilised for fraudluent play will not be possible to play with bonus money.
  9. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements, however, all winnings as well as the bonus amount will be forfeited as a result. You start playing for real money first, then for bonus money if your initial deposit and corresponding winnings are lost.
  10. All deposit bonuses, cash bonuses and free spins will expire after 1 week, unless otherwise stated.
  11. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.
  12. When betting, placed bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. However, if no cash balance is available, the bet placed will be deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
  13. Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact our support to learn more or use the forfeit button under "Bonuses".
  14. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be "stacked". Goatcasino.io reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.
  15. Any free spin or bonus winnings resulting from bonus funds after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited shall be removed.
  16. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Goatcasino.io reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Players hereby consent in advance to the same.
  17. If upon such a review it appears that a Player(s) is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that Goatcasino.io, in its sole and complete discretion, deems to be abusive (‘Promotion Abuse’), Goatcasino.io reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a Player(s) to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the payout of the proceeds of such abuse to the Player(s) in question). Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.
  18. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than one account with Goatcasino.io in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as bonus abuse and may result in confiscated funds.
  19. Bonus round and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses. In the event of this happening the win will be voided.
  20. Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 0.00012 BTC, 0.025 BCH, 0.0025 ETH, 0.083 LTC, 65 DOGE, 5.5 USDT unless otherwise specified.
  21. Maximum bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game).
  22. Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include, but is not limited to, betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices risk having their bonus and winnings confiscated.
  23. If it’s discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, banking pattern or IP, Goatcasino.io will at its own discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit.
  24. If while playing at Goatcasino.io you win a sum regarded by Goatcasino.io as worthy of publicity, you agree for Goatcasino.io to use this for publicity on website, lobby or anywhere deemed fit. Goatcasino.io protects all personal data entrusted to us and will never use personal information without explicit consent.
  25. All times and dates stated in relation to bonuses and promotions, are in UTC, unless otherwise stated.
  26. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have two options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus, or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.
  27. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Goatcasino.io will be final.
  28. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.
  29. Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of (specified amounts).
  30. Only players with Active accounts are eligible for promotional offers and prizes. If a player account is Suspended or Closed during the promo period, their promo entry will be forfeited.
  31. The maximum amount that can be converted from any Bonus or Bonus winnings unless specifically otherwise stated, is €10,000. This applies to funds that have been generated wholly or partly by the winnings from a playable bonus balance.
  32. Players that have a history of only or mainly playing during promotions will either not be considered for any bonus or, if they receive it unintentionally or otherwise, could have their bonuses denied, withheld or retracted even after conversion.
  33. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse any promotion will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate exclusion from current and future promotions.
  34. Goatcasino.io operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, taking unfair advantage of offers and/or any other suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses and/or associated winnings from accounts that we suspect are involved in such activities or behaviors. Examples of such activities or behaviors are outlined but not limited to the clause below.
  35. All bonus offers/promotions are designed to give players more entertainment and should always be played in a fair manner, with respect for our terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms or indication of manipulation of our systems/bonus wallet/games will result in removal of funds from the account and removal from future offers, ultimately ending in possible closure of the account and blocking from any other sites associated with us.
  36. Examples of promotional abuse and/or irregular play (otherwise known as promotional play restrictions):
    1. Where any terms of the offer or promotion are breached as per the terms of use including the general promotional terms and conditions and/or any other applicable promotional terms and conditions associated with the offer.
    2. Where there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers (e.g. using a strategy that has been identified across multiple accounts to take advantage of an offer or loophole), which due to a promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, we reserve the right to confiscate or void the winnings.
    3. Using “Delayed winnings” tactics to manipulate promotional terms and gain an unfair advantage. For example, while playing a game, a "bonus/free spin" feature is initiated with bonus or cash funds, then the player exits out of the “free spin” or “bonus” feature bonus by closing the game and moving to another game. The player then returns to the original game to complete the “bonus/free spin” feature at a later time in circumstances after the original bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and then converted to cash.
    4. “Pending Outcome Bets” leaving large bets on a table pending an outcome or an action, for example on blackjack, and then returning at a later time in different circumstances such as after the bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash to complete the bet to manipulate the promotion for an advantage.
    5. “Game state abuse” where the use of bonus or cash funds are used to progress through the bonus stages/collectable features (for example, collecting 9 out of 10 symbols to reach that bonus feature) and then returning to the final stages (for example, playing to collect the final symbol to reach 10 out of 10 symbols to reach the bonus feature) to return the associated winnings with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. These games include but are not limited to those listed above in Term #7.
    6. “Bonus Wallet Hierarchy” any customers playing on table games with the intention to abuse the Bonus Wallet Hierarchy (as defined above) and exploit the system and promotions in a way they were not originally intended, may have their winnings forfeited and account closed.
    7. “Collusion” where customers try to cheat the system to unfairly take advantage of promotions or other customers by adopting gaming betting patterns which are contrary to fair play and such customers may have their winnings forfeited and accounts closed.
  37. If a player is identified to be breaching bonus terms following an internal investigation, they may be prevented from taking promotions/bonuses in future. This includes but is not limited to on site offers, targeted offers and any new player offers. This decision will be made by the Goatcasino.io team and is final.
  38. Goatcasino.io reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotions and close the account with immediate effect.
  39. Goatcasino.io reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time, without prior notice. The decision of the Goatcasino.io team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  40. Goatcasino.io reserves the right to at any given time exclude a specific payment method that is used in conjunction with any welcome bonuses or promotions.
  41. Goatcasino.io reserves the right to withdraw any bonus money and other accumulated rewards from the player's account if the player has not logged in to his/her player account during the last six months.
  42. Goatcasino.io reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time. In case of a discrepancy between any terms and conditions in English and any other language, the English version prevails.
